The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy of TMHIN stipulates “TMHIN is committed to ensure that its activities shall extend beyond business and include initiatives for the benefit of community and society at large”.
In line with the stipulated CSR policy, TMHIN successfully organized "CSR Day" on September 03, 2016 where all the employees of TMHIN participated with great enthusiasm.
CSR Activities at Gurgaon
At the Government school in Nakhdola Village (Gurgaon), following activities were conducted:
- Construction of a new toilet and repair of five existing toilets
- Distribution of desks for sitting of students at the school
- Distribution of the sports kits (which included cricket kit, 2 volley balls with net, 2 footballs and 4 badminton rackets)
- Tutorial on basic hygiene
- Tree plantation
The employees of TMHIN H.O. and Delhi branch actively particpated in these CSR activities.
CSR Activities at Pune
At the Gopal Navjeevan Kendra (Pune), following activities were conducted:
- Provision of clean drinking water
- Provision for electricity backup (through inverter along with battery)
- Tree plantation
The employees of Pune branch actively particpated in these CSR activities.
CSR Activities at Bangalore
At the Higher Primary Government School in Koopa (Bangalore), following CSR activities were conducted by the employees of Bangalore branch of TMHIN:
- Distribution of school uniform and shoes for students
- Provision of clean drinking water
- Tree plantation
CSR Activities at Chennai
At the Government Adhi Dravidha Welfare Primary School in Naduverapattu (Chennai), following CSR activities were conducted by the employees of Chennai branch of TMHIN:
- Installation of iron gates and floor tiles at school classrooms
- Picture painting work at school walls
- Tree plantation
